The location is absolutely mind-blowing! Just minutes from the jaw-dropping Montmorency Falls in a beautiful town, it's the perfect spot for nature lovers. Plus, being only a short 10-minute drive away from the buzzing city, it's the best of both worlds. And let me tell you, the amenities are super impressive! From the dedicated parking spot and high-speed wifi connection to the fully equipped kitchen with a fondue set, they've got you covered. Oh, and did I mention the washer and dryer? So convenient! it's a top-notch place to stay with all the comforts you need for an amazing vacation. Plus, they even have a lift, allow pets, and it's a non-smoking facility. Can't ask for more!

The location of this apartment is perfect, being just a few minutes away from the famous Montmorency Falls. It's also conveniently close to Quebec City, only a 10-minute drive. the apartment offers dedicated parking and a high-speed wifi connection, which is great for those who rely on technology. the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fondue set, and there's even a washer and dryer for added convenience.
The ground floor apartment doesn't offer much of a view, and the mattress in the master bedroom is too soft and bouncy for our liking.

I recently stayed at Initial - Explorateur - Chutes-Montmorency for a weekend getaway to explore Quebec City. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the breathtaking Montmorency Falls. Boischatel is a charming town and only a short 10-minute drive from Quebec City. The hotel provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a dedicated parking spot, high-speed wifi, and even kitchenware, including a fondue set. Additionally, having a washer and dryer in the room was a convenient bonus.
Would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Initial - Explorateur - Chutes-Montmorency was fantastic! The location was perfect, just minutes away from the stunning Montmorency Falls and a short drive to Quebec City. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including dedicated parking, high-speed wifi, and a well-equipped kitchen. The added bonus of a washer and dryer was so convenient. Even though we were on the ground floor, we didn't mind the lack of a view. And while the mattress in the master bedroom was a bit too soft for our liking, it didn't detract from our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
